5 Tips for Staying Hydrated at Work

We spend eight to ten and sometimes even twelve hours at work, which is a large portion of our day. Paying attention to what we drink, don't drink, and how often we drink is key to staying hydrated. Here are five tips to stay hydrated while at work.

  1. Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up.

  2. Avoid processed foods 🍫 from the vending machine that can make you dehydrated.

  3. Snack on fresh fruit and vegetables. 🍇🥕🍎

  4. Get a cool water bottle, something you like to look at and carry.

  5. Use reminders to drink, like an app, 📱or write words of inspiration on your water bottle.
