NickiFit In-Person Services (Fall 2021)
As COVID-19 Delta surges across Kansas City, face masks are required for all indoor fitness classes (no shields allowed), for all persons regardless of vaccination status. The current fall schedule is as follows:
Every Monday night starting October 25, 2021, for six weeks, ending November 29, 2021.
Every Saturday morning starting October 23, 2021, for six weeks, ending November 27, 2021.
All classes are FREE. Reservations open one day before the scheduled class. NO WALK-INS. Click here to book.
Use designated entrance only.
Touchless temperature screening upon entrance. (Monday Night)
NO water fountain available. Bring your own water to drink.
NO kids and/or spectators. If present, you must be registered to work out.
Face masks are worn properly at all times. NO face shields.
Social distancing enforced.
Are restroom facilities available? Yes. Restrooms are open for both men and women.
Are face masks mandatory? Yes. Masks are mandatory regardless of vaccination status. NO face shields.
Can I sign up for my friend to attend with me? No. There should be a separate registration for each person attending. In the case of COVID exposure, we need good contact information for all attending.
What measures is NickiFit taking to keep us safe? Disinfectants such as Lysol or Microban are used in the workout area before and after class. This includes chairs, tables, etc. The bathroom facilities are cleaned and disinfected before and after classes.
What if I don't want to be close to anyone during the workout? We are practicing social distancing. Space is limited, and NO WALK-INS are allowed. Reservations are required. Booking opens one day before the scheduled class. Click here to book.
While gyms and fitness facilities provide services that help people maintain their physical and emotional well-being, they also can pose significant risks to public health in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Because they often involve heavy respiration and communal use of high-touch equipment in an indoor environment, we take precautions to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission for clients and staff by offering virtual fitness services.
