In-Person Classes
When we think of barriers facing the urban core, the ability to exercise freely rarely comes to mind. Nicki Jones started creating exercise programs for adults over ten years ago to solve the common barriers to exercise; access, money, and time. The fitness-for-free model, developed by Nicki Jones, is possible through community partnerships and sponsorships. Today, all in-person exercise classes are free and open to the public. Enjoy!
Instructions: You are required to sign up for each class you attend. Some classes have an online sign-up, and for others, you will sign up when you arrive.

Mixxedfit
Ideal for individuals who like to dance, aspire to dance, or love music and moving their bodies. No dance experience is needed. Low-impact moving options are available.

Our regular Saturday Supreme fitness class is in the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings - Zona Rosa. After the workout, hang back for complimentary appetizers, coupons (to be used on another visit to any sports bars), BWW swag, and wing specials.
