In-Person Classes

When we think of barriers facing the urban core, the ability to exercise freely rarely comes to mind. Nicki Jones started creating exercise programs for adults over ten years ago to solve the common barriers to exercise; access, money, and time. The fitness-for-free model, developed by Nicki Jones, is possible through community partnerships and sponsorships. Today, all in-person exercise classes are free and open to the public. Enjoy!

Instructions: You are required to sign up for each class you attend. Some classes have an online sign-up, and for others, you will sign up when you arrive.

4-Week Spring Fitness
Challenge

Join Nicki, DJ Techni CAL, and the Warriors for the best Cardio Kickboxing class in Kansas City. Each week of this challenge, we will focus on common problem areas of the body to get stronger, tone, and build confidence.
